New organizer
Gather the details before your planned sales start date. This way, verifying the details and reviewing the agreement won't be the last unfinished steps after your advertising has launched.
For a new Oblakkarte organizer, sales start with accurate company details and confirmed terms. Gather the company and representative’s details, check the bank account, and complete setup in the owner’s account.
Treat initial onboarding, updating details and working with multiple companies as separate scenarios.

Check what has changed and use the current documents. If you connect the company yourself, you’ll need to confirm the terms again after updating the company details.
First, tell support which company is organizing each event and how payments should be handled. Don't assume that creating a new event automatically changes the party to the agreement.
The form checks that required details are provided and that identifiers and account details are in the correct format. This can help catch a missing field or a formatting error, but does not replace checking the information against your company's documents.
The details and agreement relate to the organizer, not to an individual event or a staff member at the entrance. The team can share the work of preparing the information, but the account owner must confirm it in this process.
Completing the form and confirming the terms are related onboarding steps. If the details change, check both steps again before directing buyers to the event.

Sign in to the organizer owner’s account and enter the details. Check any errors and missing information flagged by the form before moving on to the terms.
Read the agreement and confirm it using the specified method. Once you’ve filled in the required details and confirmed the terms, check whether ticket sales are available.
The company name, PIB, MB and address belong to the correct company.
The payment details and email have been checked by the responsible team member.

When setting up a new organizer independently, the company account owner confirms the agreement. A team member or API key cannot take the owner’s place for this action. Check the company details and read the terms before confirming.
A new organizer needs to provide all required company details, confirm the agreement and have an active account. If ticket sales aren’t available, check the setup status and any fields marked as incomplete in your account.
When setting up independently, changing company details resets the previous agreement confirmation. Check the updated information and confirm the terms again. Plan changes in advance, as sales readiness depends on confirmation.
Discuss this process with support in advance, including the companies, events and settlement arrangements. Oblakkarte does not offer self-service creation of multiple payment profiles or connection of your own acquiring provider from this section.
