Do I need a company to create an account?
No. You can create an account without a company and publish event listings on tic.rs and your own tic.rs subdomain. To sell tickets, you need to add your company and its business details.
What is the ticket sales fee?
For new clients, the fee is 12% per ticket sold. For a 2,000 RSD ticket, the fee is 240 RSD, leaving 1,760 RSD after the fee. Review the full sales terms before activation.
Can I keep using the legacy dashboard?
Yes. The legacy Oblakkarte dashboard remains available through a dedicated link in the header and footer.
